kanye west’s ‘grammy family’ song is one of my all together favorite songs, and right about now, it serves as my theme/inspirational music as i depart to texas in the morning. It’s been about 55 around Providence lately and the city’s loved it as well as myself - i don’t know what i’m going to do when i get to Austin’s 84 degree weather. yikes.

So a label from Japan contacted my assistant regarding my record “Sweetest Language” as they really wanted to add the song to their Japan-only Compilation CD release at Tower Records. The Cd compilation is titled “The Light”, it’s the second row of CD’s with the banner in front of it (If there are any translators I’d appreciate that :)). I was honored to even be on the bill, so after I contributed it, it has opened up many doors over on that side of the globe so look forward to many things coming forth in due time.
If I get my hands on more than one copy I’ll raffle it away.
I was asked to participate in providing a DJBooth.net freestyle. I had fun creating it and i randomly titled it ‘Boat shoe mania’ because i just felt like it, its that random thing i told you about before.

‘Too Young’ is the name of this record. I recorded this late last year after linking up with Christian Rich for the first time in the studio and they put the beat on and gave me no time to prepare to actually come together in creating a full record - they wanted something on the fly and they got it.
The record was created with just an ignorant ‘i don’t care’ attitude, based off the chorus and sample you can see that.
